Turn Around Time (TAT)

• Custom Tumblers: 6-8 weeks

*Please note that our TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order. This period of time does NOT include the time it takes for your order to ship to you.

Return Policy

• Custom Items: Made per your request and you are kept in the loop throughout the process, therefore, I do not provide a return policy.
• RTS Items: These items are a final sale. No refunds, please note if there is an item that has an known defect it will be stated in the product description listed on the site.
• Broken/Damaged Item: If your product is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact me directly at cmacreationsshop@gmail.com and include a picture of the broken/damaged item. We will work on a replacement or refund at that time.
