Turn Around Time (TAT)

• Custom Tumblers: 6-8 weeks

*Please note that our TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order. This period of time does NOT include the time it takes for your order to ship to you.

Return Policy

• RTS Items: These items are a final sale. No refunds, please note if there is an item that has a known defect it will be stated in the product description listed on the site.
• Broken/Damaged Item: If your product is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact me directly at cmacreationsshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include a picture of the broken/damaged item including the packaging. We will work on a refund at that time or you can select an item from RTS of equal or lesser value.
